Shipping Options
Primo Supplements ships to the 48 continental US states. We ship most products same day if order is processed by 1 P.M. EST Monday through Friday. All other orders will be processed next business day. Holidays and weather can affect shipping times and delivery. All orders are shipped via UPS & USPS. Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after processing to continental US destinations. Shipment tracking will be provided after your order is processed.

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB cards. Sales tax will be added to all orders in North Carolina. All other states are excluded at this time.
Order Modifications & Exceptions
If you need assistance with an order that has been submitted, for example to change an address, please contact us right away. We unfortunately will not be able to change an order or make additions or subtractions once it has been submitted, so be sure to carefully review your cart before submitting. Requests for cancellation must be made before 1 PM EST. So long as the order has not been shipped you may cancel the entire order.
If however your package has already shipped we will be unable to cancel it and it will have to be processed as a return. Please see our Return & Exchange Policy for information.
